Online Committee Volunteer Opportunities

The Online Committee needs volunteers for the following activities. If you would like to participate, please contact Carol Marsh Hobday at or Joan Wotkowicz at .

Pre-Competition (January-May)

• Review documents used for registration, orientation, and judging
• Publicize the competitions

Early Competition (May-August)

• Plan judges' orientation
• Arrange and organize venues for judges' orientation and competition

Competition (September-October)

• Monitor entries and judge registrations
• Assign judges to teams and determine which entries they judge
• Arrange for food and other necessities at the judging and orientation sites

Post-Competition (November-January)

• Send judge comments to entrants
• Arrange for international entries
