STC Technical Publications Competition 2002

Get ready for the 2002 Competitions! Now is the time to think about what you want to enter for this year's competition.

Entrants' submission forms and judges registration forms are available online. Entries must be received by September 30.

If you have never judged in the Competitions, this is the year to give it a try. People who enter the STC Competitions submit their best efforts for that year seeking recognition and feedback. By volunteering as a judge, you can review the best work being done in Technical Communications. Judging is a great way to find out what others are doing and to network with your peers.

You can enter the competitions and judge the competitions. Best of all, you can do both! We'll make sure that your entry is assigned to another judging panel, so you do not have to worry about any conflict of interest. Plus, you will get the maximum benefit of having your work judged, and judging the best work of others.

Mark your calendars now. Technical Publications judges must attend an orientation on either October 5 or October 8, and consensus judging will take place on November 9 at Middlesex Community College in Bedford, Mass.
